Karen,

1 - Yes, we can do a mass mailing.  We can pull out the email addresses from
the database and send to that list.  You compose a message, I'll do the
send.  We can also include the distribution list you have here (is it the
same folks?).  For the first group, we could say something to the effect
that their name was in our database and we are inviting them to check and
fix the information, adding information as appropriate.

2 - Sydney and I can make the fixes you mentioned related to technical data.

3 - We can make the changes on the Project as indicated.

  We were a remote site for the Keystone Conference.  One of the
presentations was a school district in Mich who presented on Deaf/HH and
video conf.  When they saw that we were a sie they asked if would talk with
them and if I had any input.  To make a long story short, I told him a bunch
of things and let him know about the site we are working on and our
collaborative efforts.  Lo and behold, he included it in his presentation
and there it was!  Our site on his Ppt!  We gotta finish it now!

  To all those on this list, are you all still interested?  I hear from two
of your regularly.  I don't mind but I want to make sure you are still
interested.

  Kudos Phil and Sydney.  It looked nice up there on their presentation.

  Now we need data.  Can we do a mass emailing?  What do u think?

  Phil - I think we neeed to include technical data but not too technical.
Take out transmission line capability and IMUX.  instead of CODEC maybe say
equipment type (Polycom, Tandberg, etc)

  Add a field that says Do you have more than one endpoint?

  Under Projects - can we word so that it can also be Seeking Projects or
Seeking Collaboration?  Should that be a separate section or can we include
together here?  Maybe a couple of fields under Add a Project to indicate
Seeking Collaboration and add date fields for when project starts and ends?
